DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS
The Transformer manufactured by us at our most modern factory equipped with highly sophisticated machineries and test equipment sourced from among the best global manufacturers and use state of art technology for manufacturing and testing of Transformers as per relevant Indian and International Standards, High efficiency which meet the energy efficiency levels as per IS 1180 and BEE star ratings up to 5 Star. We cover all the rating of Three Phase Distribution Transformers from 16 kVA to 2500 kVA and voltage level up to 33 kV. Oil cooled, Aluminum / Copper Wound Transformers.
POWER TRANSFORMERS
We manufactured high quality Power Transformer using the International manufacturing practice and high quality grade of material like Prime grade Low loss, Silicon Steel, Electrolytic grade high purity Copper, Best grade of Insulation material and High quality of Insulation Oil. We manufacture Three Phase Power Transformers up to 10000 kVA, 33 kV. Oil cooled, Copper Wound with OLTC or without OLTC as required by the Customer.
AC/ DC CONTROL PANELS
All Control and Distribution Panels designed, fabricated, assembled and tested according to application and customer requirement. All accessories for control, protection and indications for efficient and trouble free operation are used reputed make and models. The panel shall be metal-enclosed, free-standing compartmentalized, modular type suitable for indoor/outdoor installation. All the panels are dust and vermin proof and the enclosure having a degree of protection of not less than IP-52. [New Para]All Control panel fabricated out of 14 SWG cold rolled steel plates & properly supported using angles & channels. The Panels shall be divided into convenient continuous line. The whole panel shall be mounted on a base frame made out of suitable structural, preferably ISMC Channels. All panels and covers shall be properly fitted and square with the frames and holes in the panel correctly positioned
Maintenance and Servicing
We are having highly skilled and experienced service engineers to provide customer satisfactory service at site, our service engineer equipped with latest digital technique equipment and they are able to rectify the fault at site. We are engaged in offering after sales services to our clients for the maintenance of transformers. Our services include installation, Servicing, Oil dehydration, operational training and onsite support for our transformers.
Transformer Oil
We are offering services of onsite regeneration of transformer oil. We have lot of fresh oil stock, tested and supplied by refineries (Apar, savita and Raj Petroleum). We are also offering New Transformer oil in new drums and as per customer requirement. All the test parameters matching or even exceeding IS335 for new transformers oil.
Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metal Trading
We trade in different type of metals like Steel, CRGO, Copper, Aluminium and zinc. We deal in all sizes of bars, rods, wires, strips, scrap.
